How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on ExamKill without authorization, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• Precise location (URL) of the infringing material on the ExamKill platform.
• Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
• A clear statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is unauthorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate, and you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may request additional information if necessary to verify your claim.

What Happens After We Receive Your Notice?

Once your claim is reviewed, ExamKill may remove or disable access to the disputed content. If we do so, we’ll inform the user who posted the content and may share your contact details with them, giving them the opportunity to respond under the DMCA’s counter-notification process.
